Exercise has become an indispensable part of my life.
In the early morning, when the first ray of sunshine shines into the window, I can't wait to put on sports equipment and go out for a run. Along the path by the river, the breeze gently brushed the face, bringing coolness. The flowers and plants on the roadside swayed gently with the breeze, as if cheering for me. I walked at a brisk pace, breathing the fresh air and feeling the vitality that my body was gradually awakened. In the process of running, I will empty myself, think nothing, just concentrate on every step under my feet, and feel the sweat slipping from my forehead, which makes me enjoy it very much.
Besides running, I am also keen on basketball. On weekend afternoons, I often make an appointment with three or five friends and come to the basketball court. On the basketball court, everyone is full of passion. At the beginning of the game, I quickly entered the state and actively grabbed the ball, passed the ball and shot. Every successful shot fills me with a sense of accomplishment; Every wonderful cooperation makes me feel the strength of the team. On the court, we run and jump heartily, shedding the sweat of youth. Although it will be very tired, we all enjoy it.
Exercise not only gives me a healthy body, but also gives me a positive attitude. When I encounter pressure in my study and life, I will release it through exercise. When I fully release my energy during exercise, those troubles and pressures seem to have been left behind. Moreover, sports have made me know many like-minded friends. We share the joy of sports, encourage each other and make progress together.
I know that sports will always accompany me. In the days to come, I will continue to exercise, constantly challenge myself and make my life more exciting because of exercise. I am looking forward to meeting myself better in sports, and I believe that sports can bring me more surprises and gains.
