Life School

An idea - theory emerged while digging in the garden, just jotting it down. Posting my personal perspective, read for entertainment, don't take it too seriously. The game of life we play, I see many rules similar to when I was in school. These characteristics include:

  1. Freedom and Lack of FreedomLack of Freedom: Once you're in school, you must follow the school's rules. Sitting in this class, this group, you must adhere to the unspoken rules (culture) of that small environment. Being different makes you an outsider. This part is predetermined, not by your choice.Freedom: Like homework. You can do it at 5 PM or 7 PM. Focus for an hour or three. Work hard or do it carelessly. Doing your best gets you high marks; finishing early gives you time for fun or sports. Being diligent can lead to extra credit or tutoring peers. Good performance over time can lead to competitions, advanced classes, better friends, or even leadership roles where you can change the culture you dislike. Not doing homework leads to ignorance, repeating grades, being mocked by peers, leading to a life of regret. In life, it's harsher; you don't just stay stuck, you regress. Like being in 10th grade but falling back to 5th if you don't progress to 12th. Bitter indeed. Most of us are slaves unworthy of the freedom given when we only indulge in fun instead of work. Ironically, we often perform well under strict rules while complaining about them, yet they protect us from self-destruction. Hahaha.
  2. RewardsGood behavior in school often brings rewards. Like getting 100k VND from parents for topping the class, which you can use to:(1) Go gaming and drink strawberry Sting as planned, having fun legally.Use the money to help a poor friend buy books or supplies, give some rice or eggs to a lonely elderly neighbor, save for a bike or a book you want, or a gift for your parents.Of course, don't boast about your good deeds, as it diminishes the act and can backfire. Imagine giving a book to a poor friend and then bragging about it in school; you'd only highlight their poverty and indebt them to you. Common sense. Not spending the money on yourself but giving it away often brings hidden gifts (though this should be done genuinely, not for gain).
  3. Flow in LearningA 5-hour class can be dull, but if you enjoy it, time flies, you improve, and become engaging.
  4. Skill and Attraction as the Basis for OpportunityAcademic competitions are for the academically gifted. Cultural or talent shows are for those with natural talent.
  5. Cool Kids in ClassSome kids are naturally cool, quick learners, and charismatic but can be cocky as their skills come naturally. Others gain respect through hard work, often more cautious due to their struggles.Ideally, you'd be a hardworking cool kid, influenced by cool, hardworking parents or some good fortune.
  6. CheatingIn life, cheating can get you through subjects, but harsh proctors exist. The punishment in life is much worse; one mistake might mean you can't return to peaceful school days but end up in juvenile detention instead.Cheaters miss out on meeting hardworking-cool kids who naturally avoid trouble and prefer not to associate with cheaters.
  7. Classmates - Seating ChoicesSitting next to a diligent, respectable student or near someone who watches porn or steals food can influence you. 7.5 Avoid those with poor living standards (messy, lazy, cruel, disrespectful) to prevent being shunned.
  8. Cherish Memories, Avoid RegretsI've been out of high school for 15 years, but I still feel nostalgic about childhood friends and the last school day.People you meet today might move away tomorrow, never to be seen again. Act on what you believe is right to avoid regrets.Don't fear rejection when confessing feelings; it's normal. Don't hesitate to say "sorry" or "thank you."Respect teachers and mentors. Don't bully the less fortunate or less intelligent to elevate yourself if you're being bullied by someone superior.Don't badmouth classmates to feel superior; if anything, give constructive feedback or just avoid them.Add any rules or elements of life school you find interesting.Wish you all a happy weekend in life school. Great meme.
