CHAPTER 35
When Rose, standing in front of the table, connected the light of her eyes to Mohan's eyes, an unwanted unseen wave of power ran through the eyes and through his body, colliding with her heart.
As soon as that unseen wave hit the heart, Rose felt a strange peace in her body.
Her heart, which had been beating loudly just a little while ago, suddenly became as quiet as a standing train engine after walking hundreds of miles.
The hundreds of meters high waves rising in her heart a little while ago also suddenly calmed down, and all the water in the sea of her heart waves got lost somewhere. Her heart stood like a calm sea, and she felt a pin drop of silence in her body.
She felt as if she had found some undiscovered treasure inside herself. As soon as he found it, the panic of her heart, fear, and all the desire to get something became calm. Her heart was filled with thousands and millions of times sweeter peace and omens than the momentary peace and omens that a drinker enjoys after drinking. And his heart sank even lower into the depths of this sea of peace and sweet omens.
Suddenly, Mohan said, "Hey, where have you lost..., Rose?"
Rose had now regained consciousness. She saw Mohan Sir, sitting in his chair in front of him, smiling faintly and looking at her face.
She noticed that her hands that had just been resting on her waist were also like goat's ears, hanging on the bottom and there was no movement in them. And she didn't even feel any strength in them.
Rose braces herself and says, "Who am I, sir? and where I am."
Mohan, smiling dimly, says, "I thought you were lost somewhere?"
Rose then looks into Mohan's eyes. She feels like sitting near him, but there's only one chair in the room which Mohan is occupying.
Looking around, Rose sees nothing to sit on. However, she notices a table-like stool in front of him, where Thakurji (Krishna) was seated smiling at her faintly. Rose feels as though Thakurji brought this stool to her room for the day.
With her heart full of love for Mohan and her feet guided by love, Rose approaches the statue of Thakurji.
She picks up the idol of Thakurji in both hands, bowing to it with her eyes and forehead. Then, she holds the idol close to her chest with one hand and picks up the stool with the other hand.
Rose sits next to Mohan, placing the stool beside him on the chair. Mohan notices Rose's actions but remains silent.
Rose was in love with Mohan, she rests her head on his shoulder. while holding the statue of Thakurji (Krishna) close to her heart, she closed her eyes.
