Report issued by Officer Yoo, after following a suspect that matches the alleged suspect on the case of Maria Lionheart’s disappearance.
“On the night of November 5th of 2017, at around two in the morning, I saw some unusual activity over the rooftops of the main plaza, near [redacted] station. There was a figure jumping from building to building, like some sort of late-night parkour escapade. I followed the figure due to the strange nature of his appearance, and soon noticed he was armed.”
“He came to a halt near [redacted] and I approached him, asking if he could turn around so I could ask him a few questions. He didn’t even look back before running off, and so I chased after the man for a few blocks until he entered a construction site, it was going to be the new [redacted].”
“Anyway, I followed him inside the place and lost track of him due to poor lighting. However, this didn’t pose an issue as the man coughed loudly as if to get my attention. When I looked up, he was hanging with one arm holding onto what I assumed was the third-story floor.”
“It was dark, but even then I could make out a series of features. His hair was raggedy but short, and despite having the stamina to jump and run the way he did, his body seemed way too skinny. What I remember the most was his face, he was covering half of it with a sort of mask, but the side of it had an odd symbol on it, painted in green, possibly by hand. His eyes were striking, it was as if he was blind, but I could see him looking down at me.”
“When I asked him to come down, he let go of where he was hanging. I assumed he was going to injure himself, and I was ready to call an ambulance to my location when, right before he touched the ground, smoke broke off, like he had thrown tear gas around. I tried not inhaling it, and I was about to close my eyes due to the itchiness when I saw the man run right past me. He… he apologized. Like a kid that accidentally bumps into you on the street. Worse of all, the timbre of his voice was so… so high, almost like a kid’s voice, I would know, because I have a teenager at home and his voice had somewhat the same type of tone. The suspect's face was so young, too. From the glimpse I caught of him, at least, I'd say he couldn’t have been past eighteen.”
