His augmented limbs—metallic arms capable of transforming into tools, and legs designed for speed and power—make him one of the most formidable pirates on the seas. A fierce battle with another band of pirates has just ended, leaving him victorious but uneasy.

Flashing back to the battle and how it had ended, he couldnt even collect the spoils, but his magical compass begins to spin wildly out of control, pointing not to treasure, but to something far stranger—an energy source he's never felt before, from the depths of the sea. He’s drawn to it, inexplicably, as though the ocean itself is calling him.

Later that night, a haunting dream overtook him. In it, a shimmering figure, a mermaid with glowing aquamine eyes and flowing red and gray hair, reaches out to him, her lips mouthing words he cannot hear. When he awakes, his compass is still spinning, guiding him west, toward the uncharted waters of the Merfolk’s domain.

Chapter 3: Fateful Encounter

The The Phaver lagoon Star, hovers over a stretch of calm ocean, the stillness a stark contrast to the turmoil makimi has been facing.
