RSTLSS is a platform where you can customise, mint, and monetise game-ready assets with your own 2D artwork - no 3D skills needed. Our last post shared how the Beta platform, which is now in Public Beta, works so give it a read if this sounds like something you are interested in!
Every few weeks, RSTLSS Creative Director Ben (with an occasional special appearance by our Founder Charli) records a video sharing updates on what the team is working on and also answers any questions asked by our Genesis Key NFT holders.

The RSTLSS Creator Portal
- The RSTLSS Creator Portal is a platform where you can customise 3D game-ready items that can be minted and used in metaverse worlds to show off your style, read more about it here
- The Portal is now open to everyone, we invite you to jump in and to create a piece or two!
- We have been overwhelmed with the amazing feedback received from everyone using the Creator Portal so far. Your creations and suggestions have been fantastic, and we are so grateful for all the positivity and constructive feedback. Keep it coming!
- The UI will be forever evolving with more functionality and options to customize your designs further on the way. New tools are in the pipeline can’t wait to share them with you soon!
'MareBears
- ‘MareBears are game-ready creatures that will hatch from your nightmares very soon! You can mint your very own one here on the website https://marebears.rstlss.xyz/mint
- The hatch event is being planned for October. This has been a long time coming, but now that the Creator Portal is live, 'MareBear hatching is next on our priority list. No specific date yet, we will keep you updated as we get closer.
A Major Collaboration is Cooking…
- Production has begun on a secret major collaboration planned to launch this December. Keep and eye out as we will be sharing more on this over the next few months as it comes to flourish!
Key-Holder Questions!
Q3: Will the RSTLSS Creator Portal support GIF animations for wearables? We love the idea of animated textures for the Portal but noted that current platforms like game worlds and VRMs don’t yet support these kinds of textures. However, we're optimistic about allowing animated NFTs at least, and it’s something we'll look into implementing, as it’s relatively easy to do.
Q5: I minted my asset on the Creator Portal. What’s next? If you minted an asset on the portal, there are several things you can do with it. You can sell it on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea, or you can create a Union Avatar using your asset. This avatar can be taken into virtual spaces like Monaverse and Nifty Island for gaming or socialising. Additionally, you can download it as a VRM and use it as a V-Tuber if that interests you. Union Avatars currently supports realistic avatars created from your face, but cartoon avatars will be added soon, and your garment will automatically support those once available. Also, keep an eye on your account for transmutium being added. Your asset will continue gaining utility as the portal evolves and connects to more game environments, so there’s lots more to come in the future!

Wen ‘MareBears?? is our MOST often asked question, so it is exciting to finally share an update that is more than just it’s coming! I hope you are as excited as I am about revealing our little ones and to customize them. I have been waiting patiently so that I can make one my forever PFP!
What traits are you manifesting? any specifics you are ready to drop money on? Personally, I want the full set of Galverse and the Bubblegum Mecha, one of my cubes (Cubes were an open edition drop that happened before the ‘MareBare announcement, the tokens minted have since evolved into ‘MareBear eggs with a special perk of having the traits already revealed) has the Toadz trait which I am hoping is the hat!!
Halloween season is fast approaching! Any plans for this spooky season? Why not brainstorm your costume ideas using the Creator Portal?
