As SheFi Season 11 wraps up, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve undertaken and the incredible community of women I've had the privilege to be a part of. SheFi has been more than just an educational experience—it's been a space where women come together to support each other as we explore the ever-evolving world of Web3.

Maggie Love founded SheFi with a simple yet powerful belief: "Every woman deserves financial freedom."

🔮 fashion to crypto pipeline

Back in 2022, I was just out of college, starting my first job in fashion PR in New York City. While I loved public relations, I quickly realized that the industry felt too restrictive, stifling my creativity and growth. Everything changed when I made the leap into crypto PR. Something within me clicked and it felt like I had finally found my place.

I first discovered SheFi while coordinating a speaking opportunity for a female spokesperson from Lens Protocol at the SheFi Summit. I was shocked to find that such empowering professional communities for women existed, let alone ones focused on the crypto space.

Fast forward two years, and I’m now working with powerhouse clients like Kraken, Wormhole, and Bitstamp. The dynamic energy of the crypto industry is exhilarating, offering new challenges every day. But even as I thrived in my work, I knew I needed to deepen my technical knowledge and find a stronger community. When I crossed paths with Maggie Love at a uncommons crypto panel in the city a few months ago, I knew it was a sign to finally just apply.

Getting accepted into SheFi, with a scholarship from Arbitrum, was a thrilling moment. That initial excitement quickly turned into determination—I knew I was stepping into something much bigger than myself. As the program began, I realized the power of being part of a network of women equally committed to making their mark and not being sidelined in this rapidly evolving industry.

SheFi introduced me to a diverse group of women from all walks of life, each on her own unique path. We came together to learn, mint NFTs representing core concepts, and connect on Discord, but what truly connected us was our willingness to embrace the unknown and push forward with curiosity.

🌀soft launching a new beginning

Completing the SheFi program feels like a new chapter. While I’ve gained a stronger understanding of blockchain and Web3, the real takeaway is the importance of building a community where others can thrive. My role now is not just to navigate this industry but to help uplift spaces where everyone can find their place.

As SheFi once tweeted "Community should be based in shared values. Decentralization, self-sovereignty, empowerment even kindness."

Moving forward in this industry, I can do so with confidence in myself and a newfound trust in the process. Being a SheFi scholar wasn’t just about learning—it was about becoming.🌟

If you’re considering joining SheFi and want to learn more about my experience, feel free to reach out. The Web3 space is vast, and there’s room for all of us. The future is bright—and it’s feminine.
