it kinda feels like a slap in the face not being considered for all these showcases and spotlights for lens creators. i was in the one of the first creator program classes and have been dropping lens exclusive music consistently ever since.
then there’s the issue with the ones that actually do reach out; they usually send me a form of some sort or ask for an email address and that’s usually when the communication stops.
it’s all a bit frustrating. i’m not mad, but i’d be lying if i said it all wasnt slightly annoying. nothing to do but just stay in my lane and keep doing what i’m doing, and maybe some kind of recognition will come later. i’m not really counting on it though.
thanks to anyone on here who has ever supported me and my work. you’re a huge part of the reason i want to keep creating on lens and you have definitely helped keep me consistent. love you for real.
