The Layer3 Foundation is excited to announce the eligibility checker for the initial distribution of the L3 protocol token. The L3 token is not yet live. We are extremely grateful to the hundreds of community members who provided feedback on the distribution criteria. You can only check eligibility at https://eligibility.layer3foundation.org.

L3 tokenomics prioritize active, long-term community members. Our initial distribution rewards early and active supporters and marks the start of a journey to align users with Layer3's long-term vision, to be fully revealed at TGE. Future airdrops will incentivize ongoing engagement.

Here are the key points.

The L3 distribution is allocated to community members based on:

All historical + current activity

CUBE credentials

Level & quests completed

Consistent participation, achievements & daily gm’s

Bridge & swap volume

To qualify for the early user & S1 distribution, you needed at least 50 CUBE credentials by May 10, 2024. This ensures recent and active involvement in the Layer3 ecosystem. All of your historical activity is considered if you meet this requirement.

To qualify for the S2 distribution, you needed to mint the soulbound Trident NFT by July 22nd, 2024.

Season 3 will officially launch shortly and all your activity now counts towards your progress. The L3 claim is not live yet, we will announce the schedule in the coming days.

What can you do with L3?

L3 tokenomics include first-ever features such as Layered Utility via staking, which ensures that the most active and long-term members are rewarded for their continued support. This model is designed to autonomously improve as the network grows.
