Never give up on yourself. Don't be intimidated by others' success and brilliance to the point that it erodes your own confidence.

You need to bow your head and walk your own path, an unseen trail, making sure each step is firm. If you step into mud, focus on pulling your leg out. If you encounter negative energy within, counter every negative statement it makes with an even stronger response. You need to be loyal to a better version of yourself, not some other version.

Some thoughts are foolish and detrimental to your mood, and certain attitudes need a firm stance to correct them. If a negative thought feels wrong from the start, you need to promptly provide evidence to logically prove it's incorrect.

The random thoughts that occasionally arise can be powerful and influential. Don’t underestimate them, but don’t take them too seriously either. Your inner self is constructed from moments of conviction and moments of neglect.

If you give enough importance and certainty to positive things, your inner self will gradually strengthen, and vice versa.

There is no predestined inner strength; it is built by continually engaging with your inner voice. Remember your strengths, frequently acknowledge your achievements, and reinforce your positive self-image through these good experiences. Simultaneously, adopt an attitude of minimizing the significance of your mistakes to build your inner self.

Why are biological parents so important? Because those who love you amplify and reinforce your progress, forgive and downplay your minor faults, allowing you to slowly start doing the same for yourself.

But it’s never too late to start doing this. When your influence over your inner self gradually becomes stronger and even surpasses the fragmented influences of life, you become that so-called internally strong person.

Everyone is slowly transitioning from a "less than" to a "greater than." Don’t rush; everything will get better.
