I mean Im bullish on web3 no matter what but it’s sometimes discouraging to see the same names all over again for every opportunity that comes up, no variety no inclusion no nothing, same names in every grant or exhibition and it’s like, idk maybe Im doing something wrong cause I don’t get it I’ve been in the space for over 3-4 years and I haven’t showed anything but consistency and dedication. Either way, I won’t stop trying cause I genuinely enjoy my craft and the space, maybe I just need to step up my game and stop whining ajdjsj daily rant sorry
