Before this competition, I'd never met the guy. We were matched for the team based on a referral. Not only did he help us flesh out the last spot on our team (another member, not the one he filled), but he has been readily engaged in team conversation and is among the first to support our fellow members. This is what T2 is all about. We're in this journey together, and getting to meet new friends who expand the relationship beyond just our weekly post allows for the time invested here to reap dividends far beyond the competition.
