They were waiting, waiting for the sunrise, waiting for the arrival of light, but they did not know that the sunrise did not necessarily mean light, they seemed to be still asleep and never woke up.
That sunrise is not real. That kind of sunrise has no meaning. It cannot bring light.
Light still requires you to overcome difficulties and rely on your own efforts to obtain it.
